Originally based on Cookson Street, Blackpool, John Metcalf established Metcalf's Estate Agents over 45 years ago. In 1995 the office moved to 18 Topping Street and was headed by Partner Hamze Ballout. With the continual expansion and development of the business, in 2008 we moved to a larger office at 73 Topping Street where after the retirement of John Metcalf the business has become a limited company with now Director Hamze Ballout still at the healm.

 

Metcalf Estates Limited deals in private residential property and commercial property. Over seven years ago we also branched out into selling property by composite property auctions, they are held approximately every two months at the Savoy Hotel in Blackpool.
