Ashley Dribben (MNAEA), Director

Ashley joined Metcalf’s as an office junior after completeing his A-Levels and was quickly promoted to the role of Sales Negotiator and trainee Valuer. He took over his current role as Director in November 2010. Ashley is also the Valuer and in 2011 he passed his NAEA exams making him a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. He is now working towards his membership with the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers.

Sara-Jane McLeish (BA Hons), Manager

Sara-Jane is a graduate of Lancaster University and began her career with Metcalf’s in March 2007. Six months after taking on the role of receptionist she was promoted to the position of Office Manager. She took over her new role as Branch Manager in November 2010 and it is her role to ensure all staff are meeting their targets and working towards a common goal. Sara-Jane is working towards a memebership with the NAEA.

Alex Leach, Sales Negotiator

Alex joined Metcalf’s in February 2010 as an administrative assistant and his dedication and natural talent for selling property has seen him work his way up to the position of Sales Negotiator.  Alex's role is to proactively target potential buyers in order to maximise sales. He is also working towards his NAEA membership.

James Hutt, Business Development Manager

James is a graduate of the University of Central Lancashire where he gained BA Hons in Law & Politics. He joined Metcalf’s is January 2012 as the Business Development Manager. He has a vast experience in sales and account management. His role in the company is to promote and generate new instructions for our auctions. He is determined to deliver an outstanding service with drive and enthusiasm.

Charlotte Robinson, Sales Negotiator

Charlotte joined Metcalf’s in March 2012 as a sales negotiator and has quickly become a vital part of the team. She is currently studying part time towards a degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management at UCLAN. Her main responsibilities involve providing vendors with regular updates and negotiating and agreeing sales.
