Ashley Dribben (MNAEA), Director & BDM

Ashley joined Metcalf’s as an office junior after completeing his A-Levels and was quickly promoted to the role of Sales Negotiator and trainee Valuer. He took over his current role in November 2010. As BDM his job is to expand and maintain business relations and maximise the potential of the company. Ashley is also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and is now working towards his membership with the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers.

Sara-Jane McLeish (BA Hons), Manager

Sara-Jane is a graduate of Lancaster University and began her career with Metcalf’s in March 2007. Six months after taking on the role of receptionist she was promoted to the position of Office Manager. She took over her new role as Branch Manager in November 2010 and it is her role to ensure all staff are meeting their targets and working towards a common goal. Sara-Jane is working towards a memebership with the NAEA.

Alex Leach, Sales Negotiator

Alex joined Metcalf’s in February 2010 as an administrative assistant and his dedication and natural talent for selling property has seen him work his way up to the position of Sales Negotiator.  Alex's role is to proactively target potential buyers in order to maximise sales. He is also working towards his NAEA membership.

Sam Hodgson, Administrative Assistant

Sam recently joined the Metcalf’s team on an apprenticeship in November 2010 his job entails answering phone calls and general administration.  With Metcalf’s continual staff training the directors and management believe Sam will progress well within the company.
