But in 1994 we started doing composite property auctions, i.e. where a large number of properties are offered on a fixed day at a local hotel. Thus bringing a large number of buyers together and enhancing selling prospects.

We hold Composite Property Auctions 7 times a year, at the Savoy Hotel, Queens Promenade, Blackpool. Metcalf's believe in finding the best way of selling your property. Some properties will be sold overnight on the normal market whereas some need the extra push of an auction.
