Auctions
Auctions are also an important part of our business. For over 45 years we have auctioned properties individually on the premises. But in 1994 we started doing composite property auctions, i.e. where a large number of properties are offered on a fixed day at a local venue. Ongoing staff Training
We provide our staff with regular intensive training across all areas of estate agency.
We send staff on frequent training courses with the NAEA and support and encourage all our employees in developing their skills by honing in on their own individual area of expertise
Individual Approach
We currently run our business from an office in Blackpool but are in the process of branching out further across the North West. Due to the smaller nature of our business we are able to focus on each of our clients individually providing them with a direct and personal approach.
Out of hours appointments
Our office opening hours are between 9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday and we open 9:30am-4pm on Saturday. At Metcalf’s we understand that these hours are not always convenient for our clients so we provide out of hours viewings and valuations for your expediency.
